Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an appointment booked through HospiJunction, operated by [YOUR_REGISTERED_COMPANY_NAME].


1. How to Cancel

You can cancel an appointment any time before the appointment date and time:

  1. Open the HospiJunction app
  2. Tap Bookings in the bottom navigation
  3. Select the appointment you wish to cancel
  4. Tap Cancel Appointment
  5. Optionally, provide a reason (helps us improve)
  6. Confirm

The cancellation is immediate. The hospital is notified automatically.

2. Cancellation Fees

The ₹20 Platform Fee is non-refundable if you cancel. See our Refund Policy for details.

3. Recommendation: Reschedule Instead

If you simply want to change the time, use Reschedule in the app — it is free of charge and avoids losing the Platform Fee.

To reschedule:

  1. Open Bookings → select your booking
  2. Tap Reschedule
  3. Choose a new date and time slot
  4. Confirm

You can reschedule multiple times at no cost.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for an appointment without cancelling in advance:

We recommend cancelling at least 1 hour before your appointment if you cannot attend.
